Plant cells have large vacuoles to store large amounts of water, they have cell walls unlike animal cells that provide structure for the plant and contain chlorophyl, and they have chloroplasts which also contain chlorophyl and are where photosynthesis takes place. They also have amyloplasts which store starch in some plants.

Animal cells have small vacuoles that digest food and waste, they also have lysosomes which transport protein and waste around and outside of the cell. They also don't have cell walls, amyloplasts or chloroplasts
