Describe the types of regular medical and dental checkups, screenings, and tests that would you avoid disease.

Checkups should be done to the people with a high risk for a particular disease, or for a regular check, this should be done every year starting from the age of 50. (or even 40).
The complete checkup lasts between two and three hours and includes, in general, the following flexible exams according to the age, the sex, the antecedents and the way of life of the person:
- a blood test,
- a urine test
- an oral examination
- visual and auditory tests
- a biometric balance: height, weight, measurement of BMI (body mass index)
- an electrocardiogram
- a blood pressure check
- a control of the respiratory capacity or spirometry:
- a gynecological examination: screening for cancer of the cervix and breast.
- a "Hemoccult" test: screening for colorectal cancer- lung radio: screening for tuberculosis and lung cancer;
- a memory test, mainly for the elderly;
- an interview with a dietitian.
