Why is aldous huxley considered influential?

He’s the famous author of the classic novel Brave New World that introduces a dystopia. much like many of his pieces, Huxley sought through both fiction and non-fiction writing to denounce conformity and the orthodox attitudes of his time (particularly of Western societies) as well as to instill a sense of conscientiousness and outward responsibility in the public.
