This is a two point perspective. You first have to put the vanishing points and then draw the horizon line. Many people start off differently but I draw a vertical line and connect both ends of the line to the vanishing point. You would have (not including the horizon) two lines going to each vanishing point. Between these lines, you would draw another line, creating a box. You would erase the unnecessary lines that hang out the other side of your line. This box you have now created can be made into different items for your picture. (I swear it is much easier with a visual explanation)

The drawing is an example of two point perspective, used to give a drawing the illusion of depth. Answers will vary, but should include the following points: 1) Begin with a horizontal line called the horizon line and mark a point on each side that will serve as the vanishing points. 2) Start by drawing the first vertical line of the first object. Then sketch in temporary lines as a guide, connecting the ends of the line to the vanishing points, to make sure the lines of the object will converge towards the vanishing points. 3) Complete the rest of the lines of the object, making sure they all converge towards the vanishing points. 4) Continue to add each object, using the above principles. 5) It is also helpful to add shading or shadow to increase depth and clarify perspective.
