The comparison and contrast of how the artist Van Gogh uses colour in his work "Night Cafe" and Gauguin's use of color in his work "Cafe at Arles" is:

When creating works of art, the use of colour is very important to artists as they are used to create depth in their painting and to also show the mood of a person, setting or make a description of a scene.

With this in mind, we can see that the similar thing about the two paintings is that they are made in cafes and while Van Gogh shows people in a cafe in a happy and talkative mood with the subject in one side in contemplation, Gauguin shows an empty cafe and uses predominantly yellow colour as both foreground and background to show a feeling of emptiness and loneliness.

i think cheerleading is definitely a form of art. or at least it should be! not everyone has what is takes/and or the determination to become a cheerleader. it takes practice and hard work, along with being able to master a move correctly, like dancing. dancing is a form of art, and i think cheerleading is too. not everyone can dance, just like not everyone can be a cheerleader.
