How do i use rice water for my hair to grow out

1.wash your hair with shampoo

2.rinse thoroughly with water

3.pour rice water onto your hair

4.massage the rice water into your hair and scalp

5.leave for 20 minutes

6.rinse thoroughly using warm water

the amount of fabric used and the collar fitting and sleeve lenghts are the two options, that to me, make the most sense.
