This seems like a You problem, take something you do already and state your progress, how you were at the beginning and how you are now and how'd you get there.

So go from there and think, how did you get better at that one thing. (for me its practicing).

So lets say its dance, an example answer would be... I like to dance, and the way I got better was I started practicing the different moves slowly at first then got faster as I practiced them.
