sometimes it does that, but it can be a possibility that you accidentally pressed a free trial. maybe the site is glitching, that has happened to me before. just let time pass and it might go away. if it doesn't and it bothers you, try contacting support. you can also put two step verification on your account in case someone has haсked it.
