Because of the creation process has been sped up, both time and cost have been reduced, and new feats have been achieved that would not have been possible in the past.

I would say it is, b, since computer animation is definitely the fastest and specific out of all of them. Plus it is cost efficient because you can buy a computer and a program then use it every time you want to make an animation. Unlike with the others, say stop animation, you need to hire equipment like camera's and possibly a crew to help out.
