I have to take a massive SHlT, but im confused as to why because ive only had chrios and fruitloops todayCan some one explain pls?

Ingredients in the cereal can upset a stomach since most cereal especially fruitloops has a dye and other bad ingredients. Your stomach takes some good nutrients or energy and marks the rest as waste(not nutrients for body) and that makes you poop. Since you ate both, of course you'll have to go to the bathroom. Also if you only eat those two cereals and nothing else you will.
