What about your story is unique? When you look at your life, and see how far you’ve come and all that you've accomplished, you should be able to pinpoint specific experiences that really defined you. These are called defining moments. Write out a defining moment in your life. Why is it so important? Can others relate to elements of your story, or are you alone in your experience? Identify some ways your story might not be relatable.

What is one idea from the past few lessons that has helped you find new meaning from your life story? How can you begin to think of your past experiences as a launching pad to new relationships? My story is unique. When I look at my life and see how far I've come and all that I've accomplished, the moment I remember most is when my Mamaw passed away 2 years ago. This moment was so important because I was there in the hospital when she passed due to breast cancer that got too bad and we couldn't save her. I know others can relate because I was in a waiting room with some of my family waiting for them to do it. They were putting her to sleep and out of her misery.
