Do nightmares have meanings? I recently tried lucid dreaming so i could shift to my dr and that day was the 1st nightmare I've had in 3 or 5 years.. kinda surprising for me yk?? Anyways the dream was that i was scrolling on twitter and i came across a video and it was a girl about to do a tiktok(?) dance and it was normal for a few seconds then (TW// gore??) it showed someone dying and really loud sounds,, does it have a meaning?? Please answer w/ an actual answer, I'm curious
