If you only had a 9x12 inch baking dish how much would you need to "scale up the
recipe to fit the larger pan? How much would you need of each ingredient? (Hint 1 start
by calculating the area of the bottom of each baking dish, compare the ratio of the area
of the 8x8 pan to the area of the 9x12 pan and scale your recipe to the appropriate
number of eggs: Hint 2 the scaled up recipe will need 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla)
