Overall the composition in this photograph is decent but there is a bit of unnecessary clutter
that makes it difficult to know where to focus your eye. It appears that you are trying to create
a mysterious mood with the lighting, but it is a bit too dark, making it difficult to appreciate the
details. And while the details are present they could be sharpened or blurred based on what
you want the viewer to focus on. The composition is quite symmetrical both vertically and
horizontally, however the rulelof thirds is not adhered to.

This is mostly based on personal opinion but if it were me, I would reply:

Thank you for the critique, I am very thankful for the opportunity to learn. In the future I will be more cautious of the background and surrounding areas of my focal point, as well as taking more time to blur and sharpen the details. On the matter of the lighting, I intended for it to be mysterious, as you have mentioned, and I will be careful to make sure it is not so dark in my next piece.

This critique would guide my future by giving me jumping points work from, I now know what the low points of my work are and I have the opportunity to make them better.
