How would you define art in your own opinion and from experience and how does art make you feel?

I would say "Art is a way of expressing yourself, just like Singing, and or Dancing. To me, art makes me fell calm because when i draw or paint something i am one with my art and its like i am creating a story through my art."

Define art, it's where I get away from everyone and put my own ideas down on paper. (: Art makes me feel better when I am having a rough time/day. I usually just draw or sketch but now I only speedpaint, or speed draw.
