Think about the possible difference with the health insurance plan that is purchased by herself and her employer.

One is definitely price. Which will be cheaper? usually employers give free health insurance, but it will no longer be available if she decides to quit her job.

Second is the contents of the health insurance plan. Some health plan only include certain aspects and not everything.

Thirdly, does she actually need it? She's in good health.
