The race is important for the identification of a person belonging to a particular ethnic group and tribe. The particular ethnic group or tribe people are involved in particular kind of crime. The members of such ethnic groups can be recognize by the physical forms like skin color, hair form and color, face form, skull shape, clothing and other features. In their own community their are policies to deal with criminals. But state policies and law are also applicable on such criminals for punishment.
