List a few ways you imagine that leader supervised on an everyday basis when he or she was just starting out on the bottom rung of the leadership ladder. Note any ways you think leadership is impacted by cultural differences in time, traditions, authority, or the followers that go along with the leaders. Answer the following questions.

Did this leader use a task-centered leadership style? A people-centered leadership style? A combination of the two? Explain.
Consider the differences between visionary, participative, and situational leadership styles. Which style(s) do you believe this person implemented? Explain.
