The customer approaches the food truck, while the employee is watching the protest going on.

Customer: Good morning, can I have two chicken tacos with cayenne pepper?

Employee: We don't have that kind of pepper here, it's not Mexico.

Customers: Do you have another type of pepper?

Employee: Why? you will buy?

Customer: I intend to, but I can look elsewhere, if you are not willing to attend me.

Employee: If you're not going to buy, go away and don't waste my time.

Customer: Wow, I'm just trying to buy your product, you don't need all that aggressiveness.

Employee: I am not obliged to serve people like you. This is America and you are not welcome. Go back to your country.

The customer is surprised, while the employee is aggressive.

Customer: First of all, I am also an American, I pay my taxes and have as much right as you to be here and secondly, xenophobia is a crime and I hope you are willing to answer for this behavior before the authorities.

Employee: I'm not afraid of you! no authority will withdraw my rights as an American! You better watch ou...

The theme of my dramatization is xenophobia. This theme refers to the refusal of employees to serve people with different ethnicities.

It is important to remember that this is not acceptable behavior for anyone, whether they are employees of a store or not. In the case above, the foodtruck employee refused to answer as he tried to humiliate and despise a customer who appeared to be from another country. This is inappropriate behavior for an employee because no one should be treated badly and people of different ethnicities are important for the growth of local commerce, as well as being exercising their rights within a free country.
