Compare and Explain Why ""day-time"" on the Moon is not the same as ""day-time"" on the Earth (how long and why the difference?)

The reason "day-time" on the Moon is not the same as "day-time" on the Earth is that a day on the Moon is 27.32 Earth days or 655.72 hours long while a day on the Earth is 24 hours.

The differences are caused by the time it takes the moon to make a complete orbit or turn completely on its axis.  It takes the moon 29 and half earth days with reference to the sun, and it takes the earth 24 hours to make a complete orbit on its axis with reference to the sun.
